This survey aims to understand the perspective of the educators in Mounterns Preschool regarding PD in their centre.
The results have determined that the main concern of participating in such programs would be their own willingness to change their attitudes towards Professional Development.
This points out the significance of the misalignment of beliefs teachers have as opposed to the school's beliefs. This leads to the incorrect alignment of Professional Development programs to different teachers.

Our preschool seems to be facing an issue with alignment of beliefs between its' novice teachers and the centre. Therefore, our solutions and recommendations will assist the recruitment of teachers who are of higher compatibility with the school.
