What is this and how do we do it?
A quiz designed specifically for interested applicants. They are encouraged to take this compatibility test to gauge on how their personal teaching philosophies and beliefs have aligned with the school. The compatibility quiz is a factor that can increase their eligibility to the workshop.

What is this and how do we do it?
Applicants could refer to the obtained results and decide if they would like to submit their resumes to the school. There will be a window period for teachers to send in their resumes. The school will then shortlist 20 applicants for their eligibility to the workshop.
What is this and how do we do it?
The workshop will be held at Mounterns Preschool. There will be a presentation by the principal who will introduce Mounterns' to the shortlisted candidates which are capped at a maximum of 20. Brochures will be given to participants. Through this workshop, applicants will learn more about the school’s culture, values, etc. and experience classroom demonstrations by teachers at Chiltern’s House, and take a look at how they implement the teaching techniques in the classrooms. At the end of the experience, participants who are interested can sign up for Workshop 2

What is this and how do we do it?
Workshop 2 will be held in Mounterns Preschool. In this workshop, brochures will be given to participantshe principal will once do a presentation to further reinforce and align applicants' beliefs to Mounterns. There will be 10 successfully employed applicants. We will also introduce the ‘mentoring scheme’. Senior teachers will be attached to novice teachers and guide them for about 6 months. This will help to tune novice teachers to the school’s culture and teaching style.
