I feel fortunate to be working on a topic that I believe is straightforward enough and a preschool centre that is welcoming and gave us much insight into the sector and PD itself from our visit.

At the start, there was slight awkwardness between my team because we did not know each other well. However, with time and communication, we were able to effectively collaborate and go about our project. We met up frequently to discuss our individual progress and this enabled us to be on the same page at any point of time. My teammates were also respectful into taking differing educated perspectives into consideration. I have learnt that people think and process information differently. Respect and flexibility are dispositions that has smoothened the process of completing our Capstone Project.

Coming together to meet were sometimes an issue because we each had other projects to attend to. However, we managed to delegate the work and find time to consolidate our progress often enough. Initiative and frequent communication could be contributing factors.
