Throughout the whole process of our project, I am glad that we have come into an agreement on inquiring the topic on professional development despite that it was not what we wanted at the start. Once we have come to agreement on the topic, all of us were willing to share their thoughts and ideas, mutual respect, listening to others were also shown throughout. As this project requires lots of communication and collaboration, therefore we had constantly meet up to discuss on the ideas. As we were brainstorming for recommendation, with everyone having different ideas and thoughts, we asked each other's point of view and the reason for having the idea and thought to have a better understanding of their perspective. Also, discuss to see how we can incorporated all of our ideas into one and come out with a recommendation that we all agreed on. By meeting up often, it not only helps to understand one another, trying to figure how to accommodate to one another but also to discuss on our individual progress. These help us to be able to know how one another is progressing, if help is needed and have a better understanding of each other as we have never done a group work together before.

Working together with my group member for this project made me walk out of my comfort zone as it was quite comfortable due to that I was able to share my thoughts freely and all of us value each other's thoughts. I have learnt that it is important to listen and then ask the person what they say as everyone have different thinking and perspective we may have understood it in another way. By listening and asking, it not only respect the person, it also helps in collaborating which is an important factor while working as a group. Furthermore, it allows me to learn how to accommodate to different working style, being flexible and appreciated what others have contribute. Overall, I have learnt a lot while working with my group for this projects, it helps me develop a lot in my personal skills and I am glad that we have choose this topic as it helps me to know more on the knowledge in professional development.
